Perspectives with Personalized Practice activities are trained on CDI's curriculum content and operate within a narrow educational scope. They include guardrails designed to keep conversations on-topic and appropriate: the activities redirect requests that fall outside course objectives, never offer political endorsements, legal advice, medical advice, or crisis counseling, and are configured to encourage respectful, reflective engagement consistent with CDI's standards. Each activity has gone through extensive testing and evaluation by our Research and Product teams to minimize off-topic or inaccurate responses before students ever see them.
If you do encounter a response that seems inaccurate, off-topic, or otherwise concerning, please report it to CDI Support—either through the Help widget inside the program or by emailing info@constructivedialogue.org. Include as much detail as you can about what you saw and where it occurred. Our team reviews every report and uses it to update the prompt library or system settings as needed, so your feedback directly improves the experience for future learners.
