In the instructor roster view, the Batch Notification feature lets you send targeted messages to specific student groups, including: all users, those who haven’t started the program, those who have started, or those who haven’t completed a selected lesson.
How to send a notification
1. To send batch notifications, instructors can navigate to a section of Perspectives in their dashboard and select “Send Batch Notifications” above the roster on the right
2. Instructors can then select what group of students they would like to message. They will be able to select between:
- All Users
- Users who have not started the program
- Users who have started the program
- Users who have not completed a given lesson
3. If they select “Users who have not completed [Select Lesson],” they will then select which lesson they want to filter by.
4. Instructors can then compose their notification email and subject line. Notification emails will be sent from no-reply@constructivedialogue.org.
