Invitations expire 14 days after they are sent. Each invitation can only be used once, and only for the account created with the email address the invitation was sent to.
What If My Invitation Says It Has Expired?
If you encounter a message indicating that your invitation cannot be used, this often means that an account has already been created using that invitation. In such cases, we recommend that you try signing in to your account instead of attempting to use the invitation again.
If you cannot remember your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
- Go to the Password Reset page.
- Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
